Studio Policy
These policies are intended to ensure a smooth and productive experience for everyone. Please review them before beginning lessons.
Lesson Fees
Lessons are $100 per hour, scheduled based on availability, paid by the end of each lesson, and subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy.
Payments
Zelle is preferred, but Venmo works, if needed.

Online Account
To view your lesson schedule, makeups, and payment history, log in from this page, or go to the DuetPartner home page. After signing in the first time, you can update your password. Student accounts are separate from parent accounts and do not have billing access.
24-Hour Cancellation Policy
Please notify me by text at least 24 hours before your scheduled lesson (including makeups) to avoid being charged.
Late Payments
Lesson fees are due by the end of each lesson. If payment has not been received before your next scheduled lesson, future lessons and makeup scheduling may be suspended until your account is brought current.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your lesson will end at the scheduled time. Lessons cannot be extended beyond the reserved lesson time, and the full lesson fee still applies.
Makeup Policy
If you cancel a lesson, you are responsible for scheduling a makeup lesson. Makeup lessons are intended to make up for missed lessons and are not a substitute for your regular weekly lesson time. Students who frequently cancel may lose their reserved weekly time, as I must prioritize those who attend consistently. Regular weekly lessons lead to faster progress, and the more consistent you are, the more rewarding your singing will be.
